Your Accommodation:

This house offers much more than just a place to sleep. It is spacious, furnished to a high standard, and is particularly suitable for longer stays, family visits, business trips, or relaxing days near Cologne and Düsseldorf.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious living and dining area with plenty of room to gather and direct access to the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality Miele appliances, ideal for guests who enjoy cooking for themselves during their stay. The fireplace adds to the cozy atmosphere of the room but is not available for use for safety reasons. There is also a guest restroom on this level.

The first floor features two bedrooms and a large bathroom with a shower and a corner whirlpool tub. The beds can be used separately, yet their width ensures a comfortable sleep. The floors are connected by a staircase; a stairlift is available and can be used by prior arrangement.

In the attic, you’ll find a spacious play and TV area with additional sleeping accommodations and a small bathroom with a shower. This area is particularly well-suited as a retreat for children, teenagers, or guests who want a little more space to themselves.

There is also an additional area in the basement that is ideal for working, playing, or relaxing. This creates more space for different needs within the group, especially during longer stays.

A real plus is the outdoor area: The garden is secluded, quiet, and, with its terrace, awning, and gazebo, offers a lovely spot for your first cup of coffee, a relaxing evening, or a short break between appointments.

You will receive all information regarding check-in, use of the property, and the digital guest guide well in advance of your arrival. There you will also find recommendations for activities and restaurants, as well as practical information about the surrounding area.

Some areas of the basement, particularly the boiler room and two storage areas, are not intended for guest use.

A stairlift is available. Please coordinate its use in advance.

During your stay, you will have exclusive use of the accommodation. If you have any questions, you can reach us at any time via Airbnb or through a private cell phone number that you will receive before check-in.

You’ll enjoy your privacy, but you’ll always have a direct point of contact for any important matters.

The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area in Leverkusen Quettingen. The neighborhood is calm, green and relaxed, making it ideal for guests who want to unwind after a long day.

Shops, bakeries and restaurants are easy to reach by car. Cologne and Düsseldorf are also well connected, which makes the house especially convenient for trade fair visits, business trips, family stays or groups.

Despite the quiet setting, important destinations nearby are easy to access, including BayArena, Koelnmesse, Leverkusen city center and various attractions in the Rhineland.

A car is recommended in this location, especially if you want to travel flexibly between Leverkusen, Cologne and Düsseldorf. Parking is available in the area around the accommodation.

Public transport connections are also available. Koelnmesse and Cologne Messe/Deutz can be reached in around 40 minutes by bus and train, depending on the connection. Leverkusen main station and BayArena are also easy to reach.

For business travelers, trade fair visitors or guests planning trips around the region, the location is a convenient starting point.

The house is fully equipped with high-quality amenities and is located in a quiet residential area. We therefore ask that you treat the house, the neighborhood, and the amenities with respect.

• The house is only partially suitable for toddlers, as there are no stair gates or comparable child safety measures in place.
